Most lofts in Dublin homes have adequate height for at least a Velux conversion. The minimum usable headroom is typically 2.2m at the ridge. We'll measure during our free site visit.

A typical loft conversion takes 6–10 weeks. A full mansard conversion may take up to 14 weeks. We minimise disruption by doing the majority of structural work from outside.
