1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IT Academy Construction website (it-academy.cc) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

IT Academy Construction provides residential building and renovation services in Dublin and surrounding areas, including basement conversions, house extensions, loft conversions, house renovations and design & build services. All services are subject to a separate written contract.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by IT Academy Construction are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of survey and may be subject to change if the scope of work differs from that originally described.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in the individual project contract. A deposit is required before work commences. Stage payments are made at agreed milestones throughout the project. Final payment is due on practical completion.

5. Warranties

All work carried out by IT Academy Construction is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. Specific products and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. Structural waterproofing carries a 10-year guarantee.

6. Limitation of Liability

IT Academy Construction's liability to you shall not exceed the contract value. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
